The YELP experience
Self-discovery, leadership, entrepreneurship and real-world experience combine in one purposeful year. Participants explore strengths, values, purpose, communication, decision-making, business thinking and future pathways.

A year-long project
Every participant undertakes a personal or entrepreneurial project, guided by mentors and advisers. The experience culminates in a showcase for parents, mentors, partners and invited guests.

YELP is suited to young people using a gap year intentionally—particularly those who want clarity about their next step, stronger confidence and independence, leadership capability, entrepreneurship exposure and meaningful real-world experience.
