What you will build
Work through opportunity assessment, customer and market understanding, business-model development, financial planning and launch preparation. The programme culminates in a defined business model and an actionable business plan.
Who it is for
VCP is for people with a business idea or identified opportunity, early-stage entrepreneurs and existing businesses that need stronger foundations. You should be ready to work actively on your own venture throughout the programme.
How the 12 weeks work
Weeks 1–2 provide intensive training in core venture-creation tools. During weeks 3–12, one-to-one coaching and mentorship help you test, refine and document your venture.
What you will leave with
You will leave with a clearer opportunity, tested assumptions, a viable business model, an actionable business plan and stronger readiness to launch, approach the market and pursue appropriate funding opportunities.
