Who VIP is for
VIP is for businesses that have moved beyond the idea stage and can demonstrate founder commitment, market opportunity, existing traction, scalability and potential economic impact. It is not an open, high-volume training programme.

What IED can bring
Support may include dedicated coaching, specialist finance, accounting, legal, compliance, marketing, sales, operations and people expertise; mentorship; market access; investment readiness; regular growth reviews; and a founder network.
Business Support Desk, Founder Council and Deal Room
Selected ventures can access targeted help with real business tasks, a confidential peer forum for founders and, where progress warrants it, preparation for relevant investors, financiers, corporate buyers and strategic partners.
Commercial model
VIP does not charge a standard programme fee. IED and each selected venture agree an appropriate equity participation arrangement based on the venture, its stage and potential, and the resources and support IED will commit.
