Is VAP right for you?
VAP is best suited to entrepreneurs who have operated for at least six months, have evidence of a real business and are ready to review their assumptions, share business information and implement change.
What you will strengthen
The programme focuses on business strategy, financial management, customers and markets, marketing and branding, the business model, legal and compliance considerations, leadership and practical growth priorities.
How it works
Training takes place in week 1 and week 6. Between and after the training weeks, you work directly with a business coach to diagnose gaps, test assumptions and implement an acceleration plan tailored to your business.
Your outcome
You will leave with a clearer picture of business performance, identified priority gaps and opportunities, and an actionable acceleration plan for the next stage of growth.
